Layout included areas such as bulk storage, stability room, new development lab for automotive paint at ground floor and application, analytical, micro, testing and weathering labs on upper floor. Specific rooms such as wood, resin, emulsion, uv curing labs were planned to carry out experimentation on surfaces.

Consideration & space allocation for mechanical and utility services at the design stage, dedicated shafts to run exhaust and ventilation ducts.
